Elma is the Resident Manager who can—and will—talk your ear off in the best way possible. A former teacher turned property pro, she brings humor, heart, and a little chaos to every day at Hot Metal Flats. She loves connecting with residents, keeping things organized, and making sure there’s never a dull moment in the office. When she’s not holding court at the front desk, she’s probably at a concert, treating herself, or recovering from another heartbreaking Pitt Panthers or Steelers game.

Charles is a Maintenance Technician at Walnut Capital. He takes care of all routine maintenance and any additional issues that may arise throughout our buildings. Charles is a huge gamer and has an exotic pet. Any guesses? A bearded dragon!

Darah is a Custodian at Hot Metal Flats, who tends to every square inch of the buildings from the lobby to the top floors ensuring it is squeaky clean. She is reliable, punctual, very hard working and our personal favorite...a ball of fun! She loves to laugh and if she didn’t have to sleep, she’d use her extra time to party!
